Your information will not be shared with any third parties and is only for use by Capital Remodeling or any assigned party of Capital Remodeling. All entry contestants agree to be contacted via phone number/s they provide in regards to any winning prizes and/or to receive more information about Capital services. Must enter contest through responding to specific promotional events that give instructions for submitting your entry. Capital Remodeling Inc, hereby known as “Capital” will award the (1) Grand Prize winner $10,000 worth of windows, kitchen or roof remodeling. $10,000 is based on Capital’s list prices before any discounts. Capital may, at Capital’s discretion, award additional Second place prizes consisting of $1000 in Savings towards a new Capital project of $7500 or greater in contract price, as well as Third place prizes of $250 to $500 towards various remodeling projects. All homeowners must be present at time of presentation to receive discounts off the projects. There are no cash values for any of the prizes and can only be used in conjunction with a new remodeling project that Capital can perform in an area approved by Capital. All prizes exclude other offers, discounts and previous contracts. Contest winners must accept prize within 14 days of Capital’s first attempt to contact winner/s.. Contest is not open to any of Capital’s officer’s, employees, employee’s family, advertising vendor/s, subsidiaries, contractors, or affiliates. Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsors, its agencies, owners, employees assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from the acceptance or use of prize. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Capital, their affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, owners, retailers, agencies, and their respective officers, owners, directors, employees and agents from any damages which may arise out of participation in the promotion in any way or out of the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of a prize. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the individual winner/s. Capital reserves the right to suspend, modify, extend, or terminated this promotion without notice at anytime. Entry constitutes permission from winner to use their name and likeness for promotional or display purposes without further compensation. This offer is only good to homeowners in the MD, DC, VA and North Atlanta areas that Capital services and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. Prize odds depend on number of entries. Any purchase or payment will not increase odds of winning. Contest dates will be from August 1st, 2017 to December 1st 2018. Capital is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged entries. On December 1st, 2018, Grand Prize will be randomly selected from valid opted in entries.
